The Training on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice for Southeast Asia (T4SEA) 2025 is a
flagship regional initiative hosted by the Thailand Institute of Justice (TIJ) in collaboration with
the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). This programme is designed to
enhance the capacity of criminal justice practitioners in Southeast Asia by fostering knowledge
exchange, regional cooperation, and the practical application of international standards and
norms.
T4SEA 2025 aims to reinforce people-centered approaches in crime prevention and criminal
justice, ensuring that justice systems are inclusive, fair, and responsive to the needs of all
individuals involved.
