หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมว่าด้วยการปฏิบัติต่อผู้ต้องขังตามมาตรฐานสหประชาชาติสำหรับผู้บริหารงานราชทัณฑ์ รุ่นที่ 4

กรมราชทัณฑ์ กระทรวงยุติธรรม ร่วมกับ TIJ จัดหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมฯ เพื่อส่งเสริมศักยภาพผู้บริหารงานราชทัณฑ์ในประเทศไทย ในการนำเอามาตรฐานสหประชาชาติที่เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติต่อผู้ต้องขังและหลักการด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนมาปรับใช้ในการกำหนดนโยบายและการบริหารเรือนจำได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยพัฒนาขึ้นบนพื้นฐานของข้อกำหนดสหประชาชาติ ตลอดจนกรอบแนวคิดด้านอาชญาวิทยา ข้อค้นพบจากงานวิจัย ประเด็นความเคลื่อนไหวที่ทั่วโลกให้ความสำคัญและแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในประเทศต่าง ๆ

ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมจะได้ร่วมกิจกรรมประกอบด้วย การบรรยายในห้องเรียน (lecture) การพัฒนาทักษะเฉพาะด้าน (skill development) การศึกษาดูงาน (field study) และการอภิปรายแลกเปลี่ยนผลการเรียนรู้ (Group Discussion on Key Learnings) 

ทั้งนี้ การอบรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเป็นเวลา 4 วัน ได้แก่
วันที่ 7 สิงหาคม 2568 การเรียนออนไลน์ 1 วัน 
วันที่ 13-15 สิงหาคม 2568 เรียนที่สถาบันเพื่อการยุติธรรมแห่งประเทศไทย 2 วัน
วันที่ 15 สิงหาคม 2568 ศึกษาดูงานนอกสถานที่ 1 วัน ที่สถานีโทรทัศน์ไทยพีบีเอส (ThaiPBS)

The Third International Conference on Anti-Corruption Innovations in Southeast Asia is jointly organized by  Knowledge Hub for Regional Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Collaboration (KRAC), the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC), Chandler Institute of Governance, World Justice Project (WJP), and Thailand Institute of Justice (TIJ).
