ปักหมุดอนาคตกระบวนการยุติธรรม สู่การสร้างสังคมที่เป็นธรรม ปีที่ 2
รายงานฉบับนี้เป็นผลการศึกษาของโครงการปักหมุดอนาคตกระบวนการยุติธรรมสู่การสร้างสังคมที่เป็นธรรมในปีที่ 2 โดยมุ่งเน้นการวิเคราะห์ช่องว่างของระบบและกระบวนการยุติธรรมในปัจจุบันของไทย รวมถึงบทบาทของตัวแสดงต่าง ๆ เพื่อประเมินสถานการณ์ก่อนที่จะสร้างข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายเพื่อที่จะอุดช่องว่างในระยะต่อไป ด้วยการอาศัยการคิดเชิงออกแบบ (Design Thinking) เข้ามาเป็นฐานในการวิเคราะห์ กล่าวคือ เน้นทำความเข้าใจช่องว่างผ่านการเข้าถึงจุดเจ็บปวด (pain points) ของผู้เกี่ยวข้องในระบบและกระบวนการยุติธรรมด้วยเครื่องมือที่เรียกว่า การวิเคราะห์ประสบการณ์ (Journey Maps) และการสร้าง Personas เพื่อนำมาใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการสร้างบทสนทนาและกระตุ้นให้เกิดความตระหนักร่วมในจุดเจ็บปวดที่สังคมมีอยู่ โดยจะครอบคลุมทั้งตัวแสดงสำคัญในฐานะผู้ให้บริการ (Service Providers) ในระบบและกระบวนการยุติธรรม จำนวน 20 เรื่อง และกลุ่มประชาชนในฐานะผู้รับบริการ (Users) จำนวน 21 เรื่อง รวมทั้งหมด จำนวน 41 เรื่อง อันจะเป็นการทดลองแนวทางในการพัฒนาข้อเสนอที่แตกต่างออกไปจากแนวทางการวิเคราะห์เชิงกฎหมายและเชิงสถาบัน (Legal-Institutional Approach)

รายงานวิจัยฉบับสมบูรณ์ การศึกษาการใช้กระบวนการยุติธรรมเชิงฟื้นฟูเยียวยาในการจัดการความขัดแย้งในโรงเรียน ที่บันทึกในฐานข้อมูลเว็บไซต์ www.rjthapp.com นำเสนอผลการศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการนำกระบวนการยุติธรรมเชิงฟื้นฟูเยียวยาไปใช้ในการจัดการความขัดแย้งในโรงเรียน โดยสะท้อนบทเรียนเชิงประจักษ์จากกรณีความรุนแรงที่เกิดขึ้นในบริบทต่าง ๆ ของสถานศึกษา ผ่านการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ทั้งเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณ ครอบคลุมขั้นตอนการจัดการความขัดแย้งและการวิเคราะห์ความถี่ของคุณลักษณะที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการความขัดแย้งในโรงเรียน จากฐานข้อมูลเว็บไซต์ http://www.rjthapp.com ภายใต้ความร่วมมือระหว่างสถาบันเพื่อการยุติธรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (TIJ) และคณะวิทยาการเรียนรู้และศึกษาศาสตร์ มุ่งส่งเสริมการจัดการความขัดแย้งอย่างสร้างสรรค์และยั่งยืนในระบบการศึกษาของประเทศไทย

The Rule of Law in Thailand - Key Findings from the WJP GPP 2025
This in-depth Country Report provides a specialized assessment of the rule of law in Thailand, focusing on two primary components: Thailand’s overall performance in the WJP Rule of Law Index 2025 and Key findings from the General Population Poll (GPP), which captures the perspectives and lived experiences of Thai citizens. The report is based on face-to-face interviews conducted between June and July 2025 with a representative sample of 1,100 households nationwide. This publication serves as a critical update to the data last collected in 2018, offering an up-to-date look at the legal and institutional landscape of the country.

PNI Newsletter: Issue 6, Autumn 2024
The United Nations Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice Programme Network (PNI) consists of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and 18 institutes and entities around the world. The mission of the PNI is to assist the international community in strengthening cooperation in crime prevention and criminal justice on the global, regional and sub-regional levels, within the framework of the United Nations Crime Programme. In January 2022, the members of the PNI decided to publish a “PNI Newsletter” as a way of sharing information on the contributions of the Network, in a way that could benefit a wide range of international and regional stakeholders as well as the general public. The Newsletter also serves to promote cooperation within the Network as well as with UN entities and with national and international stakeholders, through the dissemination of information and the sharing of knowledge. The Newsletter is published twice a year, in the spring and the autumn. This 6th issue highlights the work of members of the PNI in advancing global efforts in crime prevention and criminal justice, focusing on the implementation of Pillar IV of the Kyoto Declaration—promoting international cooperation and technical assistance. In the special section, we are honoured to feature an exclusive interview with H.E. Judge Tomoko Akane, President of the International Criminal Court, who shares invaluable insights on complementarity, mutual legal assistance, and the critical role of collaboration among member states and all other actors. This edition also includes articles on preparations for the Fifteenth UN Crime Congress, strategies for enhancing mutual legal assistance, and the vital role of asset recovery in preventing crime. Additionally, we present inspiring interviews with two PNI leaders from the ICPC and NAUSS, as well as key figures working on the ground to drive innovation in the field in our new “Meet the staff” section.

แนวโน้มสถานการณ์เรือนจำโลก ปี 2567
รายงานประจำปีนี้จัดทำร่วมกันระหว่างสถาบันเพื่อการยุติธรรมแห่งประเทศไทย (TIJ) และองค์กร Penal Reform International (PRI) โดยไฮไลท์ที่รายงานพิเศษ "In Focus" ซึ่งเจาะลึกเรื่องแรงงานในเรือนจำ ทั้งในแง่ของการใช้แรงงานโดยไม่สมัครใจ สภาพการทำงาน รวมถึงอุปสรรคที่ผู้หญิงในเรือนจำต้องเผชิญ นอกจากนี้ รายงาน Global Prison Trends ยังนำเสนอภาพรวมที่สำคัญของปัญหาต่าง ๆ ที่ระบบราชทัณฑ์ทั่วโลกกำลังเผชิญ เช่น ปัญหาความแออัดในเรือนจำ การดูแลสุขภาพของผู้ต้องขัง การทุจริต และการขาดแคลนบุคลากร
