The National Crime Prevention Workshop

4 - 5 October 2016 - Mr. Ukrit Sornprohm, Legal Officer, Thailand Institute of Justice, participated as a guest speaker in the National Crime Prevention Workshop held by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the Government of Myanmar in Nay Pyi Taw, Myanmar. The main objective of the workshop is to exchange knowledge, practices, innovation, and development concerning mechanisms of crime prevention and criminal.


In this regard, Mr. Ukrit Sornprohm presented about the development of Criminal Justice Performance Indicators in support of crime prevention strategies from Thailand’s experiences in the topic entitled “Justice Indicators and their importance for crime prevention” in Session 6: Elements of the proposed strategy.
