Representatives of Thailand Institute of Justice (TIJ) actively participated in the 22nd session of the United Nations Commission on Crime Prevention and Crime Justice (CCPCJ) at the Vienna International Centre (VIC), Austria, during 18th – 28th April, 2013.
Committed to work closely with the UN and the United Nations Programme Network Institutes (PNIs), TIJ and 40 other member states of CCPCJ discussed and shared their expertise with extensive experience in crime prevention and criminal justice systems strengthening. Besides, on this occasion, representatives of crime-associated organizations in Thailand also attended the conference.
A common intention among these organizations and TIJ was to promote knowledge creation and knowledge sharing regards to effective justice system development in Thailand whilst conforming to international standards and norms.
